Stress Reduction Tip of the Week
We never have enough time; in fact we take pride in always being so busy. Try to save some time for yourself. Write the same basic letter to friends and add a couple of personal remarks at the end. Cook double portions of meals, then freeze leftovers to eat later when you don’t have time to fix dinner. Use an answering machine to avoid being interrupted or to screen your phone calls. What can you let go from your hectic schedule when you prioritize?

Food of the Week - Cranberries
Cranberries have been proven to keep the urinary tract healthy by preventing harmful bacteria from attaching to the urinary tract wall. And in this age of antibiotic resistant bacteria that’s no small feat! You can reap the benefits by drinking a cranberry fruit cocktail daily, eating fresh or dried cranberries or even canned cranberry sauce. The next time you make yourself a smoothie throw in some cranberries. When you make yourself a cup of hot tea, heat up cranberry juice cocktail instead of water. Chop one package of fresh cranberries, dice one orange and ¾ cup toasted nuts and put them into a food processor. Sweeten to taste and use with your turkey or use this relish as a topping for pancakes or French toast
