Food of the Week - Tantalizing Healthy Foods
The holidays are coming and we need to entertain with tantalizing healthy foods. Try serving marinated vegetables or raw vegetables instead of meats and cheeses. Put colorful fruits on skewers and serve with a low fat or nonfat yogurt dip. Build your own pizza party with low fat cheese and colorful vegetables like green, red and yellow peppers, tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, zucchini, spinach and broccoli.
