Question:

I speak for the female species. Soon I have to put on a bathing suit and can’t go to the beach in a trench coat. What can I do to quickly change things up?

Answer:
Sounds like you have been slacking off a little this winter. Well, the good news is that you can look much better in a couple of weeks with some key strength training moves. Make sure that you also eat balanced meals of lean protein and complex carbs, eat fiber and drink plenty of water. Don’t overdo the exercises either! Here’s the plan:

  • For a great pair of legs: Lunges, squats, calf raises and kick it up with some sprints in between. Progress to walking lunges and squats with weights.
  • For toned abs do crunches, bicycles and planks. Variety will help your abs emerge along with some fat-burning cardio. Work your abs during all resistance training exercises by holding them in tightly to support your back.
  • For an uplifted chest that will turn heads on the beach do pushups, off the knees works well too. Your upper arms reap the benefits as well.
  • For those beautiful chiseled shoulders and arms, do shoulder presses, triceps dips off your coffee table and biceps curls.
Who’s that beautiful girl on the beach?
